These terms apply to every order placed through this site. By submitting an order you agree to them.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where applicable.

We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at the moment you submit your order is the price you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch the item, not when you pay.

We may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment or the shipping address, or if the order appears fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, we refund it in full immediately and tell you why.

Stock levels shown on the site are accurate at the time of loading, but a product can sell out between loading and checkout. If that happens we tell you within one business day and refund that line in full.

Every product page carries a full formula record: the complete ingredient list, the key active at a stated concentration, the texture, how to use it and who it is not for. That record is the description, and it is what we stand behind.

Our formulas are fragrance-free and made in batches, so natural batch-to-batch variation in colour and in the faint native scent of the raw ingredients is normal and not a defect. Screens differ, so a colour on your screen may not match the product exactly.

Our products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are intended to cleanse, hydrate and improve the appearance of skin, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Patch-test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or a known sensitivity, consult a qualified professional before use.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over $60, calculated on the order value before shipping and tax. It applies to standard shipping only; express is charged at the normal rate.

Set pricing is a permanent discount against the individual prices of the contents, not a limited-time offer. The individual total is shown on each set's page so you can check the difference yourself.

Where we run a time-limited promotion, the start date, end date and any minimum spend will be stated with the offer. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we say so explicitly, cannot be applied to an order already placed, and have no cash value.

Returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, unopened and in original packaging, refunded within 5 business days of arrival; opened products where a reaction or fault occurred are replaced or refunded on a photograph.

We sell within the United States only and do not export. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, and orders identified as destined for onward export may be cancelled and refunded.

You may not resell products purchased from this store as new or as authorised stock, and you may not use our product photography or written material without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The 'how to use', 'who it is not for' and patch-test guidance on each product page are part of the product description. We are not liable for a reaction caused by use outside that guidance — for example skipping the patch test, or using a product on a condition it is not intended for.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered. Disputes will be heard in the courts of that state.
